Trident Park is a stunning large-scale regeneration project, which will see one of Malta’s finest 20th century industrial buildings transformed into a thriving and vibrant green office campus and world class business destination. Located in the heart of the emergent Central Business District on the site of the historic former Farsons Brewery, the vision of this prestigious redevelopment is to create an exceptional and exemplary work environment in which businesses can flourish and excel.
Situated opposite the historic 17th Century Wignacourt Aqueduct and inspired by the traditional character of Maltese palaces, the redevelopment will consist of seven low-density and low-rise, terraced office blocks, all of which will be intersected by landscaped generous gardens, courtyards and terraces.
Designed to meet the strictest of environmental codes and projected to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification, the ethos of this unique redevelopment has been to optimise natural lighting and ventilation, while minimising the carbon footprint to create a genuine green office campus and world class business destination.
We are especially proud to welcome you to Trident Park – a world-class office environment for the growing Malta economy. We pride ourselves in being centrally located in a minimally congested area, housing office spaces afforded with an unparalleled technological backbone, thereby achieving high-quality sustainable development.

Welcome to Trident Park – a green office campus, a first for Malta. As employers, we have come to understand that retaining employees has become ever more challenging, and, with that in mind, we have come up with an innovative approach to the overall work experience and environment . Our long-standing experience, nearly a full century old, has taught us that the quality of the work-space environment affects the overall working experience of employees and their performance, delivery, but most of all, their allegiance. Mens sana in corporae sana has become our maxim and, as such, rather than offering enclosed spaces alone, we have thought out well-planned office spaces whilst affording flexibility, and the requisite support system, for business to be conducted outdoors, all whils offering fluidity as to choice of post-work team-building venues.

Two important elements strike me on Trident Park.
The first is the great care and attention that has gone into the design of the new development to conserve the heritage elements within the site. Since my childhood days, whenever I was driven past the Farsons façade, I was always struck by the rhythm and symmetry of the architecture of the colonnade. This structure always impressed me particularly because it was constructed at a time when Malta was torn to shreds by the war and poverty was rife. In contrast, today, our architecture tears Malta apart despite the fact that the community continues to prosper.
The second important element that strikes me is the environmentally conscious design of Trident Park. This project is not about the usual bit of green in the facade and a ‘dynamic’ photomontage to justify the project. The environmental credentials of this project include 50% less development for more gardens to be enjoyed by the employees and an indoor temperature control system that is a first for Malta because it uses the concrete of the structure to get rid of its heat gains.
As a person involved in the development of this project, this is definitely the right project to work on because it puts Malta’s natural and cultural heritage at the fore.

Trident Park will be a landmark redevelopment of an iconic brewery heritage site. Formerly known as the Farsons brewery, immense care has been taken to retain the unique aesthetic quality and stunning architectural merit of the pioneering former brewery and building that was founded and designed by Lewis V. Farrugia. Previously home to the brewing and bottling of many of Malta’s iconic beverages and brands including Cisk Lager and Kinnie, the Grade 2 listed brewery was inaugurated in 1950 and planned on an unparalleled scale by Lewis V. Farrugia in collaboration with the renowned British architect William Binnie, whose major works include the Arsenal Football Club’s East Stand at Highbury, as well as the Hotel Phoenicia in Valletta.
Conveniently located within the newly emergent Central Business District in Mriehel, Trident Park is exceptionally well connected and easily accessible through one of the island’s main arterial roads; with the airport, seaport and other landmarks positioned only approximately fifteen minutes away by car.
Malta International Airport: 7.7km (15 mins away) Valletta: 6.0km (15 mins away) Sliema: 6.1km (15 mins away) Cirkewwa Ferry Terminal to Gozo: 25.0km (38 mins away)
