Development moving on plan

Localised excavation in the Western part of Block B4 (car park) in progress with the blockwork walls for the required pad foundations in the Eastern area also in progress. Bulk excavation to the North boundary of the site completed with a buffer area in place to protect the rock face from exposure until the shotcreting operation can get underway.

Installation of the main tower crane which will service Block B4 in progress. Concrete foundations, walls and columns for Level -2 and -1 proceeding with both reinforcement and concreting carried out in various sections of the building. Excavation works to the North part of the site have exposed the piles retaining the colonnade, and the first part of the shotcreting operation is underway with the further excavation taking place in parallel.

Installation of the B4 tower crane has been completed. Additional foundations, walls and columns for Level -2 and -1 are proceeding with both reinforcement and concreting carried out in various sections of the building. The works on the sub-station are also underway with both concreting blinding and blockwork walls in progress. Excavation works to the North part of the site have now reached bulk excavation level and preparations are now underway so that the final part of of the shotcreting operation can be carried out.
