We have been at Trident Park since August 2024 and were amongst the first tenants to move in. It has been great to see the place come to life and to feel part of it from the beginning.

Starr Europe has occupied rented premises at Office Number 1 at ground level in Trident Park for over a year now.
Throughout our tenancy, we found consistent and professional approach form our landlord and easy to communicate with. They respond quiet promptly to any maintenance issues which have been resolved without any disruptions. We are also impressed that they provide adequate notice before entering the property.
The lease terms were clear form the beginning and we were accommodated with any amendments which our legal team asked clarifications for. We even shared offices in their multi tenant section before moving to our office and found equally professional tenants with us who shared some of the facilities which we needed temporarily. Trident Park had also the added attraction of its layout and easy access due to its location.
Overall, we find Trident Park to be reliable, respectful and fair. I would be comfortable to recommend them to other tenants.
